TMS is a provider of smart metering installation services to residential and business premises throughout Queensland, NSW, ACT, South Australia and Victoria, delivering a high-quality service to Australia’s leading electricity retailers and their metering providers.
As part of our rapid business growth, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Manager to join our leadership team. As the CSS Manager, you will establish and manage a new customer service and scheduling function responsible for:
1.the day-to-day scheduling and despatch of all work orders to TMS field technicians, to ensure customer service levels are met and field technician productivity is optimised;
2.handling and responding to inbound customer queries related to upcoming or completed customer site visits in a complete and timely manner.
Ideally you would have 3+ years’ experience as an effective manager or team leader in customer service and/or scheduling within a fast-paced field service delivery environment, and even better if you have a background in the electricity or metering industry.
