Your new company
Due to expansion, this State Government organisation is seeking an experienced Enquiries Officer to join their well-established Customer Service team in CBD. This company has created a culture that offers development and an opportunity to thrive and grow while helping consumers state-wide.


Your new role
In this role you will be working within a close knit team environment, handling a high volume of inbound queries from consumers, estate-agents, landlords, tenants and the general public. You will provide accurate and relevant legislative information. You will operate on a screen based system and will be solving queries in the course of resolving enquirers, identify, record and report on issues and developing trends in the marketplace. Full training will be provided to all new staff members.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have previous State/Local/Federal Government customer service/call centre experience
  • You will be a self-sufficient and self-motivated worker who is confident to convey messages and assist with a variety of queries without scripts
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • You will be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to qualify for this ongoing role
