My client, a busy food manufacturer is looking to hire an experienced customer service team leader.

Your new role
This is a busy and varied role that will encompass:-

  • People leadership
  • Performance management
  • KPI management and reporting
  • Roster management
  • Training and coaching
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Process improvement
  • Management of the order processing and client reporting



What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have strong customer service leadership skills and will ideally have experience within manufacturing, wholesale or food manufacturing environments.
You will be people and customer focused and have an eye for detail.
