They are seeking Inbound Customer Service Consultants for long term temporary roles based in their Docklands office. This role calls for excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills. Our aim in to provide all customers with an outstanding customer experience.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Previous experience within a customer service environment
• A flexible & positive attitude
• Genuine passion for the banking and finance industry
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Possess superior communication and active listening skills
• Availability to work 38 hours/week on a rotating roster between the hours of 8.00am- 9.00pm (Monday-Friday)
