• $27.40 + super

A position has become available as a Call Centre Officer for this Forrestfield based organisation.  This is an urgent requirement due to commence immediately and will be for an initial 3 month contract, with the likelihood to extend further.  

On offer is an hourly rate of $27.40 per hour + super as well as the opportunity to work in a great team environment.  The hours of work would operate from either 7:00am to 3:00pm, or 9:00am to 5:00pm - there is some flexibility based on your preference, however ideally you'd be available for either timeslot.

Please note, this office is not based near public transport, however free parking is available for all staff

As the new Call Centre Officer you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbounds calls.  This role is fast paced, and requires a high degree of accuracy.  You'll receive full training however, and will be working in a supportive team environment.

Specifically you will be responsible for:

• High volume of inbound/outbound calls
• Data entry of requests and enquiry details
• Other general business support

To be successful for this role you will have:

• Previous experience in Call Centre role
• Great attention to details and a meticulous nature
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong computer skills
