As a Trades Service Co-Ordinator your responsibilities will include:
Tasks and responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and schedule bookings
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and staff
- Compile and organise paperwork including quotes, work orders and invoices.
- Manage on-road staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties
- Help improve current quality management system to ensure and promote customer satisfaction
- Work with our Trades Manager for seamless workflow
Skills and experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Intermediate MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Quick learner - will be required to use multiple software programs
- Well organised, with the ability to multitask
- Experience with trade management program..
