Our client is a leader in Claims located in North Sydney. They are searching for a bubbly, vibrant Team Leader that is approachable and always striving to get their team involved.They are looking for a highly motivated and energetic manager to lead a team of 10 Claims Consultants to achieve reach the company's goals and values
The Role
- Achieve team KPIs whilst managing and maintaining individual KPIs
- Monitor workloads and quality of all work produced by the team and have the overall responsibility for achieving all individual and team targets
- Coaching and mentoring the team with liability decisions.
- Adhere to compliance, internal and regulatory.
- Resolve customer escalations up to the prescribed authority level before passing to the Claims Manager
Personal requirements
- Have a 3-5 years' experience in the Claims background
- Highly approachable and patient
- Be a highly motivated
- Have previous experience in a target driven environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
