We have a dynamic team of over 3,000 people representing the country's largest brands for more than 20 years working across eight call centres in Australia, and two call centres in the Philippines.

Opportunities now exist for Sales Agents in our inbound call centre representing our client Telstra at our CBD office in Adelaide.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers, build rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value;
  • Retain existing customers by presenting personalised solutions based on the customer's current and future needs; and
  • Offer solutions from a variety of Telstra's market leading products including: Telstra BigPond Broadband, Next G & 4GX mobile networks, latest Mobiles/Tablet devices, FOXTEL and much more.

Skills:

  • Ability to live our 5 Core Vales being Customer First, Accountability, Integrity, Creativity & One TSA;
  • Have a passion for Sales and a desire to exceed targets;
  • Demonstrated awesome customer service experience;
  • Outstanding communication skills using your listening, verbal and competent computer skills; and
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable team player.

Requirements

  • Multiple full time permanent 38hours a week positions available to work a rotating roster between 7:30am - 21:00pm Monday to Saturday and 7:30am - 19:30pm on Sunday.
  • Multiple permanent part time 25hours per week, 5 days per week, positions available to work a rotating roster between 7:30am - 13:00pm and 15:30pm – 21:00pm Monday to Saturday and 2:00 pm - 19:30pm on Sunday.
  • The Centre operates all year round so flexibility to work over a 7 day operation.
  • Must be able to work five weeks of full time training.
  • Ability to start in early August.
  • Local experience is highly desirable.
