Our client is a well known insurance provider who has recently undergone a huge period of growth, here in Sydney. They are looking for an excellent communicator with experience in ServiceNow to join their expanding Billing and Enquiries team.

Description

The key accountabilities of the Customer Service Representative will include, but not be limited to;

  • Outbound calls to customers or any internal or external source as needed to resolve any issues;
  • Inbound calls from customers, internal or external source as needed to resolve any issues;
  • Written correspondence to customers with resolution if unable to resolve via phone;
  • Handle sensitive client interactions and confidential information;
  • Navigate the system ServiceNow with confidence;
  • Remain professional at all times, especially when dealing with upset customers;
  • Support the wider team where necessary.

Profile

The successful Customer Service Representative must have;

  • Experience with ServiceNow and high levels of proficiency with the MS Office Suite;
  • Impeccable communication skills- both written and verbal, with a clear and articulate manner of speaking;
  • Full working rights in Australia, as there is possible permanency available for the right person;
  • A minimum of three years of experience within a Customer Service role;
  • Experience within a heavily phone based role;
  • A proactive attitude to work and the desire to assist people who may be elderly or living with a disability;
  • Patience and empathy.
