Duties & Responsibilities
- Be a customer service leader driving high end quality customer service at all times
- Ability to build excellent relationships with clients
- Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Results driven and self motivated
- Establish reporting structures and KPI’s and provide reporting to clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage and work with a team
- Report efficiently to Account Director for, campaigns, clients and potential opportunity
- Campaign management, managing workflow between yourself and the client
Skills & Experience
- Experience is prefered
- Possess full working rights in Australia
- Call center environment experience
- High level of organisation skills
- Intermediate level of computer literacy
- Attention to detail
- Motivated and outgoing
