My client, an evolving and changing aged care organisation is looking to bring new leadership into their customer service offering. Drive performance and culture
Your new role
You will act as an advocate for the customer and drive excellent levels of customer care and service delivery. You will be an advocate for change and drive performance and excellence. Your day to day will include:-
- Leading and developing a team
- Coaching and training
- Performance management
- Improving processes and procedures
- Workforce management and rosters
- Continuous improvement and process development
- Management of escalations
- Change management projects
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have customer service management experience within an aged care or allied health or disability services or related field.
You will also need to complete and police and working with children check
