We deliver our corporate clients fast transfers, bank-beating rates and great relationships, with currency specialists (dedicated dealers and treasury managers) on hand to help shape strategy and manage risk using a number of tools like Forward Exchange Contracts, Limit Orders and Options, in addition to spot transfers.
Currently we have 2 x vacancies for Sales Associates, where you will be work closely with the Corporate Business Development team, contacting, quantifying, enriching and nurturing an existing corporate lead base.
What you’ll do:
- Identify swiftly, customers who have an international money transfer requirement/component
- Secure appointments and future outreach opportunities for the business development team
- Maintain strong records and adhere to strict internal sales process
- Identify future selling opportunities and manage time effectively
- Possess a deep understanding of OFX’s value proposition, processes and operations
What you’ll bring:
Experience
- 1-2 years of customer-facing, phone-based experience
- Ability to identify customer needs
- Ability to navigate challenging customer interactions
- Salesforce experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
