About the role

HCF's Chatswood Branch is looking for a professionally presented, positive and engaging Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join their sales team. This is a part-time permanent role working Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM and rotating Saturday mornings.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you providing exceptional customer service to our customers with their questions and enquiries, both in person and over the phone.  You will also be working to achieve sales targets across our range of health and life insurance products.  You will additionally be processing various claims and payments.

• Can you demonstrate success and growth in sales including working to achieve established sales targets?
• Have you worked in a face to face customer service orientated role?
• Are you a great communicator, both verbally and in writing?
• Do you know your way around a computer?
• Do you feel at home in a team environment?
• Have you had previous experience within the insurance industry (not essential)?
• Do you have the ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin? (highly desirable, but not a requirement)
