Your new company
This client is renowned for its innovative recycled goods and single-use disposable products - and are NOW the leading supplier of sustainable packaging for the food-service industry. Their focus is to be an environmentally responsible and ethical company with continuous new ideas and strategies in place to stay top on the market. They produce compostable packaging and are focussed on reducing tree-based paper and fossil fuel-based plastic used in food-service by offering an eco-friendly alternative. This company are now requiring multiple Inbound Sales Support / Customer Service Officers for their Eastern Suburbs office due to significant growth and development.
Your new role
Your new role is extremely fast paced and requires great attention to detail when processing sales orders and handling discrepancies. You will be required to handle customer queries and product support via phone and email, processing orders using NetSuite, handling escalations, complaint handling and order discrepancies and following up on orders or customer requests with accurate data entry and administration.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need the following:
- Customer Service
- A fast paced hospitality or retail background
- Accurate and proven data entry skills
- Be computer literate and able to pick up new systems with ease
- Have immaculate communication skills, verbal and written
- Be bubbly, vibrant and have an approachable personality
