About the Role
To provide exceptional service to the Bank’s members by conducting needs-based sales and service conversations. Responsible for achieving individual KPI’s as directed by the business, including but not limited to” Adherence to schedule, new account openings, lending referrals and call quality.

The successful applicant must be available to work on a rotational roster, Monday to Sunday 7am to 11pm, working a total of 37.50 hours per week. The commencement rate for this role is $47,513 + super and this will increase to $51,645 + super after six months. 

Duties

  • Respond to customer enquiries within service level agreements and quality standards set by RACQ Bank
  • Ensure the customer experience is in line with RACQ’s Bank strategy
  • Perform out-bounding call numbers as requested by the Team Leader and record outcomes
  • Escalate complex customer enquiries and/or complaints to Team Leader within service levels and follows up to resolution

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Banking and/or sales or retail environment
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to solve problems, perform numerical calculations and interpret data in different situations
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to compare information quickly and accurately to ensure quality of work
  • General computer and system application skills
  • Work well within the team by being supportive and empathetic to others, contributing to the team’s success
  • Seek feedback on performance to improve sales results by tracking individual performance
  • Ensure knowledge is up-to-date on product specific information (insurance, general banking, credit cards and personal lending), policies, procedures, systems and competitor offerings
  • Manages time efficiencies to ensure productivity and delivery levels are met
