With over 150 branches located Australia-wide, our client is a well-respected business within their industry and is known for playing a big part in building iconic landmarks.
Due to business growth within the Mitchell branch, there is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team on a 3 months temporary contract, with possibility of extension.
About the role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for face to face, phone and email sale enquiries for the Branch.
Additional duties include:
- Sourcing parts and equipment
- Review and manage asset stock levels
- Managing invoicing administration, such as providing quotations, action and processing invoices
About You
Customer service is your forte! You will come from a strong sales and customer service background (ideally in the industrial sector) and have the ability to prioritise your work tasks. A strong work ethic, along with the attitude of being a team player will see you succeed in this role. Due to the nature of the business, it is imperative that the successful applicant is able to work a minimum of 38 hours a week - 7am to 5pm.
