Your new company
This Financial Services Company helps find solutions for businesses who are struggling with their asset management and funding. They also help supply businesses with innovative ways to unlock their capital in order to grow their businesses. The company operates in Australia and New Zealand and has multiple offices in both countries.

Your new role

  • The company are looking for an Outbound Lead Generator to join the sales and marketing department of the business. This is an integral role to the business and is the foundation for the sales team to generate revenue for the company.
  • You will be required to effectively research potential clients and learn everything about them and what their financial struggles may be in order to successfully book an appointment for the sales team. You will then need to communicate that information to the sales team so they are prepped and ready to close the deal.

Other duties include:
  • Undertake high volumes of calls and emails to potential clients whilst handling set-backs and overcoming objections
  • Effectively communicate Maia’s products and services to clients to be able to match to the potential client’s pain points
  • Be able to speak to senior business-people with the right tone and language in order to set appointments
  • Coordinate meetings between the sales team and prospective clients to hit your targets and make great commission
  • Strong use of the system to record all information and data so the handover to the sales team is seamless


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a telephone based customer service/ sales role ideally in the financial services
  • Be motivated and committed in hitting your targets and creating your own success
  • Have excellent communication, both written and verbal and be able to speak with high-level clients in order to build professional relationships
  • Strong attention to detail Manage your time effectively in order to meet deadlines and targets
  • Proficient system use of office suite and other sales-related programs
  • Display strong persuasive skills in order to influence clients
