Like yourself, our current team are naturally driven to exceed sales targets and KPI’s, and pride themselves on exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and commitment to enhance the member experience will be demonstrated through all of your interactions with both new and existing members. You will have the ability to grasp the role quickly, be naturally tech savvy and efficient when navigating through multiple computer systems.

We don’t need you to have extensive call centre experience…the biggest and best thing is YOU... all we ask is that you have the tenacity to build rapport quickly and easily and be able to identify a need by asking the right questions.

Hours of work:

  • Full Time 5 week roster - 38 hours per week 
  • PM shifts rostered between 12pm - 11pm
  • One weekend rostered in 5  
  • 13 week training requirement on commencement is Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm
