$80k p.a. plus 12% super

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced permanent full time Quality Specialist to join the Customer Experience Group, based in Gladstone.
The purpose of this position is to establish and integrate a program of quality assurance across Contact Centre operations, providing a consistent and effective communications audit framework to deliver exceptional customer experience for Gladstone Regional Council customers.

5. Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Organisation;

8. Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with strong reporting and analytical skills, including data manipulation
with Microsoft Excel;
10. Comprehensive knowledge of forecasting and scheduling methods and practices;
