Menulog is currently seeking a solutions focused customer service agent to be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for both our restaurants and consumers. You will be working in a full time capacity but on a roster basis where you will be required to work a rotating roster that includes some weekends with shifts predominantly in the afternoon/evening (ranging from 10:30am - 10pm).  You will report into the Solutions Team Leader and be based in our top floor CBD office with a rooftop garden overlooking Hyde Park!

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing our live chat service, and inbound escalations from restaurants and consumers via our offshore partner

  • Conducting a basic account management function for our restaurant partners

  • Quality controlling and auditing of restaurant details

  • Administrative support

  • Continuous improvement of product, process and systems feedback from our customers and partners

  • Ability to communicate with other departments effectively and suggest measures to prevent errors

Key Experience/Skills required

  • Passion for outstanding customer service

  • Restaurant and customer obsessed attitude

  • Understanding of online CRM systems (preferably Zendesk)

  • Passion for supporting the success of restaurant partners and customers

  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and friendly environment.

  • Excellent computer and social platform understanding
