Your new role
- Validating and verifying customer information
- Data entry of information
- Following guidelines to make the correct decisions on customer requests outcomes
- Updating client records accordingly and sending correspondence where applicable
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism is provided at all times
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A passion for customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- A willingness to help others
