As a result of unprecedented growth we are now seeking an experienced Care Coordinators to join our amazing team.

The Role

These position are full time and will require you to work Monday to Friday. We have two positions on offer 2pm - 10pm or 9 am - 5 pm. As a Senior Care Coordinator you will be required to manage the delivery of disability and child protection services in line with client care requirements and preferences. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You will be the primary point of contact for our support staff and clients, responsible for building rapport and engaging with and rostering our casual workforce. You will also be the point of escalation for any immediate crisis situations and liaise with; clients, emergency services, child protection and support workers to achieve optimum outcomes. This is a fast-paced environment suitable for someone who likes to be challenged throughout their day.

Your Profile

To be successful in this position it is essential you have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position within the support worker industry
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate with various people from industry organisations
  • Experience managing and prioritising high volume inbound/outbound calls
  • The ability and maturity to work independently and to also work as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to multi task
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and high level of administration skills
  • Current police check
  • Current drivers license

It is highly desirable that you have your own transport and parking will be provided.
