This leading organisation within the financial space has a crucial position available for an experienced Hardship Consultant. Scope of responsibilities:

• Calling customer to discuss hardship request
• Requesting supporting documentation
• Verifying applicants' income and complete financial hardship assessment
• Managing customer and client relationships throughout process
• Advising on approval of hardship request
• Daily handling of personal and intimate information
• Liaising with Credit and Collection Teams

What we are looking for:

• Proactive and can-do attitude
• 2+ years’ experience handling hardship requests
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Have a solid understanding of financial hardship
