This leading organisation within the financial space has a crucial position available for an experienced Hardship Consultant. You will be joining a supportive, friendly and collaborative team that pride themselves on the service the deliver.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Calling customer to discuss hardship request
- Requesting supporting documentation
- Verifying applicants' income and complete financial hardship assessment
- Managing customer and client relationships throughout process
- Advising on approval of hardship request
- Daily handling of personal and intimate information
- Liaising with Credit and Collection Teams
What we are looking for:
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- 2+ years’ experience handling hardship requests
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Have a solid understanding of financial hardship
