Are you looking to be apart of a vibrant, friendly and hard working inbound enquiries team? Are you available to commence immediately and fully available of the next 6-12 months for full time work?
 
Within this role of Customer Service Representative you will be answering incoming phone calls and providing exceptional quality customer service, problem solving and navigating through numerous internal systems to record information and meet team KPI's.
 
Do you enjoy being challenged and working in a structured environment where you have an encouraging Team Leader and supportive colleagues around you?
 
We will be looking for the following recent experience on your resume;
 

• Previous and demonstrated customer service experience of at least 3 years
• Experience in an inbound or outbound contact centre environment
• Past work experience in utilities is highly advantageous
• Experience with a range of computer systems, CRM and SAP would be an advantage

Through interview you will demonstrate the following capabilities;

• Articulate and professional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in fast paced and reactive environments
• Strong attention to detail and pick up new systems quickly
• The skill in multitasking numerous systems and activities under pressure
• An understanding of delivering superior customer service experience in a process driven environment
