The Business

Connective is one of Australia's most innovative mortgage aggregators and the preferred choice for leading mortgage brokers. We are looking for a customer focused Broker Membership Consultant to join our team and help support our members in their success.

The Role

This busy role is focused on servicing warm, inbound and outbound calls across 2 key audiences:

  • B to B: Outbound calls to potential customers (brokers) to book appointments for our Sales team
  • B to C: Answer inbound enquiries, qualify prospective leads through outbound calls and liaise with our nationwide mortgage brokers to book sales appointments for them

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from our direct response advertising
  • Conducting outbound lead generation calls
  • Managing and coordinating diaries and arranging appointments
  • Database management: ownership of leads through the sales process and maintaining records
  • Coordinating internal and external correspondence and manage all potential customer requests

The Person

Your strong experience and success in telephone support roles (both inbound and outbound) will see you excel in this role.  In addition, you also possess:

  • The ability to build rapport quickly by phone
  • Database management experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and an inherent drive to achieve results
  • Technological aptitude and be IT savvy
  • Experience within the mortgage broking or home loan industry (highly advantageous)
