Description

In this role you will work alongside the Customer Service team in providing excellent service to new and existing customers, including:

• Managing inbound calls and online enquiries;

• Process warrant claims through data base;

• Conduct client site visits to inspect items with reported warranty issues;

• Communicate quality issues and technical requests to suppliers;

• Process replacement and spare part orders;

• Stock control of spare parts and damaged items;

• Liaising with internal stakeholders.

Profile

To be a successful applicant for this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

• Great communication skills both verbal and written;

• Ideally experience in a similar role;

• Proficient with Excel and other IT systems;

• High attention to detail;

• A valid NSW Driver’s License and your own car.
