Operating in the Australian market for over 20 years, Assure is a market leader in the provision of Business Psychology solutions. Through best practice Employee Assistance (EAPs) and facilitation of Organisational Development Services, Assure Programs implements professional, innovative and engaging solutions for organisations and individuals that promote productivity and wellbeing in the workplace.

You will be responsible for managing inbound calls and their associated end-to-end processes.  Each call will require you to qualify, and inform clients of the services available to them. You will be responsible for appointment scheduling, coordination and call escalation. You will be responsible for cross-channel (phone, email) client and customer experience management. The ability to follow scripting and procedure to guide clients through the intake process is essential to be successful in this role.

As a result of company growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Client Support Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis, based in our head office in Brisbane CBD.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of high level administrative skills.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Experience in operating within and contributing to call based KPIs
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - professional, positive and empathic
  • Team focused attitude with emphasis on working together and supporting others
  • The ability to put people at ease and follow strict escalation processes for distressed callers
  • An outstanding ability to manage competing demands and prioritise efficiently, with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office
  • Pro-active and motivated work ethic and ability to perform well unsupervised
