Nationally acclaimed and expanding Superannuation provider, based in the CBD are now seeking an experienced Team Manager to join their expanding and positive Outbound Contact Centre.

As Team Manager for this high volume inbound team, your primary responsibilities will be to mentor, coach, train and motivate a diverse group of Customer Service professionals, ensuring they are performing at their maximum potential.

You will provide clear expectations to the team on service level delivery to their valued members, ensuring they have the adequate product knowledge to perform their role to the highest standard. You will manage the operational efficiencies of your team including KPI management around call volumes, lead times and service integrity.

This role requires a strong leader to direct and coach the team to become the best they can be. You will promote and drive a positive team ethos and lively culture. You will be adept in continuous improvement and consistently drive positive change within the team.

To ensure success in this role, you will have;

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service / Call Centre Management or Team Leader role, with demonstrated experience leading and developing large teams
  • Experience leading Outbound Call Centre teams
  • Some experience with Digital operations is highly regarded
  • A strong member / customer focused style
  • A confident, articulate, positive and engaging demeanour and leadership style
  • The ability to work on multiple projects
  • Previous experience within Superannuation or Financial Services (ideal)
