An exciting opportunity to join a government department in a customer support coordinator role
Your new company
This busy government department provides service to the Australian public.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the coordination of information and data management across several key business systems, providing support to a range of businesses across Australia. In this role you will actively report to the Senior Customer Support Officer.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in a customer service role, building strong customer relations in a services environment
- Experience managing system maintenance and business upgrades
- Demonstrated experience working closely with managers, team leaders and technical staff
- Troubleshooting and communications in a customer based approach
- The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to adapt and respond to change
What you'll get in return
