• Excellent customer service skills and ability to relate to customers
• Sound English skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Computer literacy, use of Microsoft office suite
• Experience using CRM, telephony and phone betting systems.
• wagering knowledge in both Sports and Race trading rules and regulations
• Self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team

The role of the Client Services Officer will be required to:

• Provide a history of customer service and telephone experience
• Work with a flexible rostering system that will include weekends, afternoons and public holidays.

The hourly rate will be negotiated during interview process and job descriptions will be issued on request.
