Snap Wetherill Park\Smithfield is looking for an experienced Customer service representative \ Account manager to join our team and fast growing business. The business has built a solid foundation of delivering a high standard of quality and timely delivery of its products. Our products cover digital printing (Xerox\ HP Indigo), large format as well as Offset printing. In this role you will be working closely with a number of corporate accounts as well as small businesses.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Only candidates with prior print experience background will be considered for the role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding client requests to produce print quotes and costing
- Build strong client relationships with focus on customer satisfaction
- Support the production team to ensure they have all the required information to produce the job
- Pre Press & Digital File Handling & imposing files
THE PERSON:
- Eager to learn
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Problem Solving skills with a “Can do Attitiude”
- Good organisational & time management skills to process high volume of quotes and meet customer requests
