Your new role
- Handling high volumes of calls
- Ensure the relevant needs of clients are identified & met
- Monitor client files & Provide thorough and accurate reports
- Ensure the rights of the client are safeguarded
- Working with families and case workers to support client goals
- Engage, assess & respond to diverse needs of carers, caseworkers & families
- Coordinate, plan and execute activities
- Encourage & develop mentoring
What you'll need to succeed
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to use initiative
- A true passion for helping others
- Resilience & tenacity
- Previous experience in delivering a very high standard of customer service
- Proven ability to multi task and handle a challenging environment
- Previous corporate experience
