Your new role

• Handling high volumes of calls
• Ensure the relevant needs of clients are identified & met
• Monitor client files & Provide thorough and accurate reports
• Ensure the rights of the client are safeguarded
• Working with families and case workers to support client goals
• Engage, assess & respond to diverse needs of carers, caseworkers & families
• Coordinate, plan and execute activities
• Encourage & develop mentoring

What you'll need to succeed

• Analytical thinking
• Ability to use initiative
• A true passion for helping others
• Resilience & tenacity
• Previous experience in delivering a very high standard of customer service
• Proven ability to multi task and handle a challenging environment
• Previous corporate experience
