Serco has partnered with Transperth to operate their Call Centre & Information Centres based in Perth, assisting Perth metropolitan public transport passengers by providing up to date travel information in a timely and efficient manner.
The Position:
We currently have several casual opportunities for Customer Service Officers to join our Transperth Information Centres.
Reporting to the Info Centre Manager, working in a customer facing environment, you will assist members of the public who are enquiring about public transport services (ferry, train and bus) in Perth.
What this position requires:
- A high level of customer service focus, to ensure all enquiries are handled in a polite and courteous manner.
- A high level of attention to detail to accurately capture and enter customer feedback and suggestions, ensuring all of our processes are followed.
- Enthusiasm to be part of a high quality customer service team.
- Well-developed organisation and problem solving skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday between 7.00am to 7.30pm.
- Customer service and cash handling experience (desirable).
