This major Australian company is on the lookout for a graduate to work in a 12 month contract in Customer Support and Service. Be the first point of contact for a range of requests over a new online portal. You will be involved in the fast response unit for a company that places high value on customer support and customer experience.
Consider this role as not only an opportunity in itself but as a stepping stone into HR or Public Relations in the company.
Background Experience
- Ability to effectively manage customer complaints and expectations whilst upholding the standards of the brand.
- Experience in Content Management or Customer Care- a background in Retail Management or Supervising is ideal.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to test and improve plans and procedures
