People2People, we are constantly searching for customer service call centre agents to take on upcoming varied roles. These are fast-paced roles, so we are looking for people who are passionate about customer service, are organised, have great attention to detail and are self-motivated.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Providing professional and timely customer service via phone and/or email
  • Answer high volumes of inbound calls/ make high volumes of outbound calls
  • Maintain client and/or customer relationships
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products and policies
  • Update and maintain CRM systems where necessary
Skills and experience
  • Previous experience within customer service call centre roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic approach to tasks
  • Ability to multitask and a high level of organisation
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Admirable personal presentation skills
