Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to provide support and professional quality service to the organisation's network of Advisers and Licensees regarding their administrative requirements. The focus of the role is providing inbound contact centre services to the Adviser network.
- Process adviser/licensee requests in an efficient manner
- Investigate and resolve adviser queries
- Liaise with internal staff and management to assist as required
- Produce reports as required by management
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ideally experience in Financial Services industry
- Professional telephone and written communication skills
- Attentional to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- DFP or currently completing
