Your new role
Working as Customer Care Consultant within the collections team, your primary responsibility is to manage outbound calls regarding the early stages of debt collection and provide superior external customer service by developing strong relationships. This is a versatile phone based customer service and collections role where your dedication to service excellence is required. This is a six month contract commencing immediately.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will have previous customer service experience ideally in a high touch customer service environment. Collections experience is not essential, but the desire to learn is paramount. Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond for customers and resolve any issues is an absolute must.
