We are seeking a motived and customer service focused Owners Corporation Coordinator to start an exciting and challenging career. We are looking for motivated an higly organised individulas to join a high performing dynamic team.
Your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Processing correspondence and drafting letters and emails
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Preparing agendas and budgets for Annual General Meetings
- Assisting with conducting meetings
- Lodging insurance claims
- Regulatory compliance responsibilities
To be successful in this role you must have excellent customer service experience, strong communication and time management skills and can work well under pressure, whilst having strong leadership abilities.
