About the role
Your role as a Sales Specialist is to provide our customers with outstanding customer service and sales support through inbound calls, email and livechat. You will work within a young, fun and motivated Internal Sales Team to offer product advice & quotations to guide our customers through various solutions via our wide range of products. This position in based in our Chatswood Head Office as a full-time role, with working hours from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
*This is a 12 month contracted position

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and livechat in a timely manner
- Process quotes, orders and returns
- Offer outstanding customer service, sales and product advice
- Achieve and work towards a quarterly sales budget
- Working with a team against group based KPI's

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to problem solve within the sales process
- Exemplary level of attention to detail

- High level of computer literacy
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service, sales or similar role
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and outlook as well as the ability to learn new systems quickly
