Our client is a household name located at Wetherill Park and they have a permanent position on offer for a highly experienced Customer Service professional.  The team want their customers to be the happiest Mum's and Dad's in Australia so we need a passionate individual to join them. Working in a close knit team of Customer Service and Order Entry professionals, your role is imperative to the business, ensuring the efficient and accurate entry of customer orders and providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service.  The role is based at Wetherill Park (car desirable as limited public transport – parking on site) and is working Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.  You will be supported by a great leader who values each and every team member. WHAT ARE THE DUTIES?

  • Answering incoming calls to assist customers with new/existing orders with a bright and friendly attitude
  • Resolving all customer issues promptly, especially with issues relating to their orders
  • Ensuring the accurate and efficient data entry of all orders
  • Discussing and entering orders with varying degrees of difficulty and discussing logo designs
  • Checking orders to ensure prevention of errors
  • Maintaining close customer relations for order clarification
  • Coordinating with Sales Team and customers to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Ensure payment history is communicated and discussed with customers

WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN?

  • At least 2 years + experience in a customer service/order entry or call centre based role
  • Have a strong passion for customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills – clear and concise
  • Fast and accurate typing/data entry speeds
  • Understanding of CRM's is desirable as you will be working within 3 different databases 
  • You need to be very computer savvy and able to adapt to constant change
  • You must have strong organisational and time management skills
  • Salesforce CRM experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Dedicated, loyal, team player and sense of humour is a must!

WHAT IS THE SALARY, HOURS, LOCATION ETC?

  • This role is paying $45K package 
  • The role is starting ASAP so interviews will be held immediately (Skype and FaceTime available)
  • Located at Wetherill Park – car would be essential as limited public transport
  • 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
  • Monday to Friday
