You have a good past of achieving results in and outside of work. You’re good at getting things done ahead of time and you go above and beyond to provide the best level of service.
You’ll be provided training and support to become established in our team. Once established, you will support the post settlement team as well as the rest of the business, to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and support once their loan has been settled. You will be responsible for an outstanding customer service to facilitate high client retention and repeat business.
You will be quite busy as you’ll be servicing upwards of 300 clients once you’re established, taking an average of 10 queries a day from clients.
You will be taking calls from customers and helping them to solve their problems, providing advice and offering solutions that will create more value and save money for them. You will also be involved in monitoring their loans and ensuring they are made aware of any changes or offering any new products or upgrades.
Located in Alexandria, Lending Association has won multiple awards including Mortgage Broker of the year for NAB and ANZ banks for 3 consecutive years, 2012-2015 in both residential and commercial. What distinguishes us is our attention to detail in client service from start to finish – and especially at the post-settlement stage.
As a result of our continued growth, we are now looking for two special individuals to join our Client Support Specialist team.
