StrataCash Management is seeking a client-focused, proven fast learner with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a flexible attitude..

If you have proven client service skills, are highly keyboard literate and have a minimum of five years in transactional banking operations or transactional financial services operations environment you could be just the person we are looking for.  Previous experience in a lending environment will also be highly regarded.

The Role

You will be working in a back and front office/client service and operations role in the payment and banking services arena and will be liaising with a diverse range of merchants, payers and Bodies Corporate. The role is interesting and varied and will utilise and expand your banking, operational, transactional and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service - communication and liaison with a diverse range of clients
  • Operational and transactional functions including data input and analysis using a wide range of programs and applications
  • Resolution and ownership of client or operation requests/issues
  • Working cohesively in a team environment

    Your Skills & Attributes

  • Demonstrated success with a minimum of five years' experience in transactional banking operations or related environment with a strong emphasis on service excellence
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Intermediate to advanced keyboard and Microsoft Office products skills and experience and an understanding of custom built payments and/or banking software
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed numeracy
  • Ability to problem solve, think outside the square and self-start
