First 6 months?
You’ve been involved integrally in Advisor support and writing basic advice. This has led to you becoming the go-to for other Client Services staff. Especially when faced with unique dealings in Corporate Super, Risk and SMSF and some trust structures. There is the opportunity to further extend technical knowledge into Business Insurance. This allows you to ‘slingshot’ a career towards Financial Advisory, as you shake hands with influential C-suite executives.
Implementation
The firm have created streamlined process for on-boarding and implementing diverse strategy. These clients will encourage relationships over the phone, in email and face to face. You’ll also walk into fresh untapped Personal Insurance referrals, welcoming your interpersonal nature. This results in you honing your soft skills in advisory and scaled advice. Encouraging your entrepreneurial mindset, you’re recognised with an extensive bonus structure.
