Your new career role objective will be to lead the compliance function to the Retail Life Insurance channel.
The Opportunity
- Implement retail life insurance compliance programs and deliver sound compliance outcomes
- Implement and improve the compliance framework for retail life insurance products and distribution channels
- Manage compliance obligations and regulatory expectations, including interactions and reporting
- Promote an ethical business and people culture
- Contribute to regular Compliance reporting and communications to the Australian Leadership Team and key stakeholders
- Provide specialist advice and communications to enable internal stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding Compliance issues

The successful Applicant will have a minimum of 8 years Compliance experience in Retail Life Insurance in association with local legislation and regulatory reporting.
In particular experience in providing valued feedback or advice in relation to the following compliance control frameworks: Life Insurance product design and development; Sales practices, distribution or conduct risk.
