Our ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a high level of customer service experience. We are looking for that special person who thrives on assisting people through their financial journey by assisting both our Advisers and clients across the country. This role will include Client Services and Admin Support in a fantastic team environment at our Head Office in Adelaide with opportunities for growth.
Essential Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good IT skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Time management and ability to self-manage
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Clear and confident phone manner
- Inbound & outbound phone support
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Some working experience in the Financial Planning industry and/or the Superannuation or Risk Industry
Desired Experience
- Preferably at least 2 years prior working experience in the Financial Planning industry and/or the Superannuation or Risk Industry
- Understanding of Industry and Retail Superannuation Funds
- Insurance quoting using various Risk product providers
- Understanding of Centrelink processes
- Administration/record keeping
- Knowledge of Xplan software
