An opportunity exists for a Client Services Officer to work for a well-established financial services business with a national presence based in Erina on an initial 6 month contract with a chance to move to permanent.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate financial services professional to provide one on one support to our well established Senior Financial Planner. Success in the role will require strong attention to detail, time management skills, a customer service ethic and communication skills to work with both clients and Advisers. The ability to be able to work alone and unsupervised at times and an ability to make decisions is a must.
The role would suit someone looking to enter in to or build upon their finance career, with training and development to be tailored based on the right candidate. The role will be based in our Erina office and offers flexible part time hours.
The main tasks will be;
- General client enquiries
- Scheduling & confirming appointments for clients/advisers
- Completing research on existing financial products
- Preparing appointment packs for advisers
- Maintaining our customer & document database
- Completing ad hoc client/adviser requests as required

Desirable Qualifications/Experience
- Experience in a banking / accounting or finance background
- DFP – Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146 compliant)
- Experience within Financial Planning firm
- Bachelor Degree in a Business or Finance related discipline
