An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time (30 hours per week over 5 days) 12 month fixed term Unlisted Team Officer in the Wealth+ Department. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident candidate to join the vibrant and energetic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various tasks to ensure that all unlisted investments are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Responsibilities can involve reconciliation of unit holding data; transaction processing; accurately processing managed fund application/redemption requests and unit pricing tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

• High attention to detail
• Intermediate MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
• Strong problem solving skills
• Highly developed communication (both written and verbal)
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast paced organisation
• Excellent personal time management
• Team focused
• Proactive and a 'sense of urgency'
• Experience within financial services and in back-office portfolio management functions (such as transaction processing) is desirable
