This role works with Perpetual Private (PP) to support and deliver initiatives aligned to PP's strategy and contribute to project initiatives and continuous improvements that result in improved service delivery and efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, map current vs future state and determine how process improvements will be implemented.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the business, conducting analysis and engaging stakeholders
- Implement and oversee process improvements including measuring outcomes, staff training and system changes
- Support the implementation of project initiatives and measure and report on outcomes
- Create, update and maintain process maps and work instructions
- Create and update operational policies
- Build and maintain management reports and dashboards
- Liaise regularly with core stakeholders to build strong cross functional relationships
Key required skills:
- Process improvement/ continuous improvement experience
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
- Client- and solution-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
