We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant/Manager for our Sydney Capital and Debt Advisory practice to draw upon previous corporate/investment banking and/or debt/capital advisory experience.
 
Your key responsibilities
 
As a capital markets professional you'll work in a rapidly growing Capital & Debt Advisory team that advises local and global organisations in making strategic capital & financing decisions, in debt and equity capital raising, refinancing and debt restructures. This opportunity provides exposure to the entire spectrum of capital solutions and structures, and will open up a career in a dynamic and growing segment of the Australian market. 
 
To qualify for the role you must have
 
As a member in this specialist team you will ideally possess:

• Experience in a similar role and a strong level of client focus
• An ability to understand and research a wide range of economic, business and industry dynamics
• A high level of commercial acumen and strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong ability to analyse companies and their capital & credit profiles
• Tertiary & Post-Graduate Qualifications in Finance or related disciplines
