About the role
Processing loan applications, collecting and verifying personal information
Liaising with customers via phone and online means
Super accurate data entry, at a non-stop pace
Use your own initiative, problem solve and truly exceed customer satisfaction
Administration, including assisting with daily auditing and accounting
Skills and experience
A positive, confident and outgoing attitude
Exceptional capacity for work, super concentration and attention to detail
Some experience in customer service or a related role AND/OR Experience in debt recovery, consolidation, accounts receivable or a related role
Good computer and typing skills, excellent and clear phone manner
The ability to empathise and solve customer problems.
Ability to make decisions and multitask
Mature & resilient nature
Outstanding organisational skills
Knowledge of Sales Force advantageous
